Getting Started

Please fill out the information form. Following our review of your information, we will schedule a one-hour, complimentary consultation with your organization’s principal leadership by phone or ZOOM.

If we determine that our services are a good fit for your organization, we will prepare a consulting proposal and budget for your review and approval. Our process is straight-forward and focused.  We review organizational documents (e.g. incorporation, tax status, by-laws, mission, and financial statements), meet with key board and staff members, and prepare a work plan and project timeline. We provide an organizational assessment, make recommendations, and an implementation plan. 

Consultation projects generally range from 3-6 months in length.
